To my absolute DELIGHT, not only did I get service the day of my call, it was delivered with in a couple of hours! The workmanship, 5 star, quality, exemplary, and Benjamin, my workman ( faced with the challenges older buildings offer) was unfazed, and delivered a stellar job. As well, customer service from Kathleen, was outstanding, and everyone was attentive, respectful, engaging, and highly professional. ( I sure will be a return customer). thanks so much!

Drain king was a great company to work with, I got three different verbal quotes from different companies and their asscoiate, Jonathan, was the only one to provide a detailed breakdown of the quote. They fixed my outdoor drain pipe (spot repair). Furthermore, for my satisfaction they did the camera is inspection on a separate day as I was not an available the day of the repair thanks assistance from Kathleen and Jason (the manager). Overall, I definitely recommend the company.

We have used Drain King several times over the last 5 years for drain issues. The admin team (Kathleen) is always super friendly and detail oriented which helps in sending an appropriate plumber who is prepared to do the job! The plumber has been the same guy for 5 years (Jonathon H) and very polite and knowledgeable. He is able to understand the issues, provide feedback on prevention, and mitigation and then quickly and thoroughly fix the issues. The workmanship is a high quality which lasts! Their quotes and billing system is reasonable and work is guaranteed. We had the same issues happen, a mystery leak in our basement that kept changing locations :( and in that month they came back several times and only charged us for the one visit until the problem was fixed! I would highly recommend Drain Kings for all your plumbing needs!!
